As we face uncertain times, this quote from Holocaust survivor Edith Eger demonstrates the power we have in how  we respond to life's challenges. 

Writing in a journal is one tool I have found helpful to process my thoughts and feelings and deal with stress and uncertainty.

In this episode,  I discuss my experience with journalling and keeping a diary throughout my life. I talk about the 3 huge benefits of journalling that I have experienced:

  • Journalling for self care
  • Journalling for personal development
  • Journalling to improve your language & communication skills

I give some tips on how you can approach journalling to improve yourself and advance your English.
