You can't leave life to chance. Being intentional prevents you from bumbling along day after day. It gives gives you purpose and direction, moving you towards whatever you current goal is.
Setting an intention effects your thoughts. Your thoughts effect your biology. Depending on what your dominant thoughts and self-talk are, will reflect in your reality.
People have been told they don't have long left to live because a scan showed a certain pathology. Not long after, the person passed away. The autopsy then revealed there was no pathology present and the scan wasn't accurate. So did that that person think themselves to death?
My point here is, do not underestimate the power of your thoughts. That's why being intentional in what you think and do is so important.

It is the accumulation of our choices that either take us towards or away from health. We have way more control over our health than we are lead to believe.
We need to start focusing on healing our health problems. Rather than trying to fix everything. Healing happens when we are in the right environment, both internally and externally. You need to view healing as a process that happens from the inside out, not from the outside in.

Whether this is simply in helping to prevent sickness and disease, or recovering from any health issue you might be struggling with at the moment.
Keeping your brain functioning at its best is key to being able to express health. The brain and the spinal cord make up your central nervous system. If you grasp the concept of this it will change your life for the better. When it comes to all areas of health it is impossible to separate them. Even though these tips will help brain health, they will of course have a positive impact on the rest of your health.
