Tammy Afriat is a mother of 3 kiddos (ages 4, 9, and 12) and a huge coffee lover.

For over a decade Tammy Afriat pursued an engineering career until she decided to follow her passion for parenthood produce a reliable parenting podcast, and become a certified parenting coach.

Tammy was certified by WCI (World Coach Institue) which is credentials by the ICF (international coaching federation) and owns Bonding Boost LLC, offering parenting coaching services.

Besides raising her children, Tammy likes to spend time in nature, create new salad recipes, read books, and enjoy good company over a cup of coffee (or wine) :-)
