Dr Wheaton is a paediatric cardiologist at Adelaide’s Women and Children’s Hospital, and part of the Deadly Heart Trek.
Deadly Heart Trek is a group of experienced doctors, local health workers and aboriginal leaders visiting communities across Australia to diagnose, treat and help prevent RHD, while learning and responding to the needs of communities.
