Hello, friends. I'm doctor Jen Bennett. We are in the midst of our she impacts culture devotional series with guest host, Corrie. We are exploring the intersection of faith and impact, drawing inspiration from our previous episodes. But more than that, we'll embark on a journey of spiritual renewal and activation. Join me as we take a pause from the noise of the world, sip from the well of encouragement, and center ourselves in devotion and prayer. Each episode will feature a snippet from a past conversation followed by a devotional designed to uplift your spirit and ignite your purpose. So whether you're in need of a word of affirmation, a moment of prayer, or simply seeking guidance, this series is here for you. Friends, get comfortable, open your heart, and let's dive into the she impacts culture devotional series. Knowing your voice for communicating online is vitally important. If you don't know your voice, you're most likely communicating a message you never intended to convey. This prayer devotional corresponds to the She Impact's culture episode number 46, the clear and confident online voice with doctor Jen Bennett. The tongue can bring death or life. Those who love to talk will reap the consequences. Proverbs 18 verse Jen, taken from the NLT. Almighty God, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude and reverence for your great love and faithfulness. We declare that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding, and we thank you for guiding us to understand the importance of our voice in today's digital age. We are grateful for the reminder that our communication can bring life or death. Help us to speak life giving words that reflect your truth and grace, and may our online presence be a reflection of your love and light. We lift up those who struggle to find their authentic voice and pray that you would give them clarity and confidence to communicate with excellence. May they be guided by your spirit to convey messages of hope, encouragement and truth in all their interactions. For those who have unknowingly conveyed messages that do not align with their intentions, We ask for your guidance and wisdom to realign their voice with their true values and beliefs. Lord, may their online presence be a reflection of your love, grace, and compassion. We also intercede for those who are impacted by the words shared online. Grant them discernment to filter through the noise and connect with voices that impart wisdom, love, and encouragement. May they encounter your truth and experience the power of life giving communication in the digital sphere. We pray for a transformation in the way we interact online, that our voices may bring about positive influence and reflect Jen yourself the question, how can my online communication reflect the life giving words and values of Christ in a way that impacts and influences those around me? As you go through your week, I encourage you to do these three things, reflect, meditate on Proverbs 18 verse 21, and consider how your words have the power to bring life or death in your online interactions. Engage. Practice speaking life giving words and sharing encouragement through your online communication this week. Pray. Here are 3 ways you can pray. 1, pray for wisdom and discernment in every word you share online, asking for guidance to reflect the character of Christ. 2, pray for others who struggle to find their authentic voice, that they may be empowered to communicate with clarity and confidence. 2, pray for others who struggle to find their authentic voice, that they may be empowered to communicate with clarity and confidence. 3, pray for a transformation in the digital sphere that voices of hope and truth may prevail over negativity and falsehood.
