As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. We are exploring the intersection of faith and impact, drawing inspiration from our previous episodes. But more than that, we'll embark on a journey of spiritual renewal and activation. And I believe the future of work is all about entrepreneurship, which is all about being a problem solver and a critical thinker. It's about the ability to work as a team member and the ability to show initiative. And so if you wanna stand out in the marketplace, if you want to impact culture in your work, in the marketplace, be an entrepreneur, Get to know people. Show initiative. Be a team member. Think critically. Ask God to give you his ideas. Ask God to show you where there are gaps, where there are opportunities, where there are problems and solutions. We are in awe of your abundant creativity and the unique ways you have equipped each of us to serve 1 another and impact the culture around us. Thank you for the insight and wisdom shared that reminds us of the vital importance of problem solving, teamwork, and showing initiative in the ever changing landscape of work. We declare that you are the ultimate source of our gifts and abilities, and we humbly recognize that without you, we can do nothing. Help us to use our gifts well to serve others, bringing glory to your kingdom in all that we do. We ask for your guidance and wisdom to navigate the challenges of the future of work, empowering us to embrace entrepreneurial thinking and make a positive impact in the world around us. We lift up those around us who may be struggling with uncertainty in their careers and workplaces. May they find strength and courage in you, and may your light shine brightly through them as they seek to overcome challenges and pursue excellence in their work.
