Mary Tilson is a certified Addiction Recovery Coach (IAPRC), Yoga & Meditation Teacher and International Retreat Leader. Sun & Moon Sober Living is inspired by her own battle with addiction, which amounted to years of inner turmoil, shame and secrecy.
