Chase is a Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Texas State University, which makes him the perfect person to blend the science with the arts. Chase is President and Spokesperson for High Powered, a nonprofit organization created to empower and energize the community through health and fitness. His passion is to entertain, educate and empower others through exercise and nutrition. He loves to help people connect fitness principles to life goals to improve adherence and help people live more fulfilling lives.
