 Chase discusses future fitness trends projected for 2024. There is a lot to be excited about within the industry, including more community based fitness events, the development of Augmented Reality (AR) in the fitness world as well as incorporating a more holistic approach to fitness.

We are most excited about this because it is the area where we personally focus. With our new and growing virtual High Powered Fitness Training, we take a holistic approach to fitness and life with not just structured workout plans, but also mental and emotional help geared towards developing long term behavior change. Chase is a Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Texas State University, which makes him the perfect person to blend the science with the arts. Chase is President and Spokesperson for High Powered, a nonprofit organization created to empower and energize the community through health and fitness. His passion is to entertain, educate and empower others through exercise and nutrition.
