BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” That’s 2 Timothy 2:15 NKJV

It’s an admonition from God to you. He tells you what to do. Present yourself approved to God. Make certain that your heart is okay, that your life is moving in the right direction. And then be a worker … not a shirker, a worker “who does not need to be ashamed.” If you don’t do the right thing, you can be ashamed. You should be ashamed. But if you do the right thing and not the wrong thing, God will bless you. So He asks you to do something specific: rightly divide the word of truth. Check the Bible for continuity. Check what God has said, is saying, and is going to say. And understand that the Word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword. So make certain that you are not misinterpreting or misquoting the Word of God. But divide the Word of Truth diligently and prayerfully. And watch God help you help others by sharing His changeless Word.
