BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

Listen to the advice, the counsel, from 2 Timothy 2:16 NKJV: “But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.”

In other words, back away. Don’t participate. Pray for the people that are doing the profane and idle babblings. And understand that more ungodliness is just around the corner. But stay away from it. And get yourself into the Word of God, and get God’s Word into you. Watch God make you usable and use you to make an impact on your world – the world of people who need to know Jesus, who need to respond to His love, who need to love others because He loves them and they love Him back. And understand that when this happens, there is no necessity for babblings of any kind, no reason for being profane. Know that when you use God’s Word properly and effectively, it will change the hearts of others when they turn to Jesus from their sins, and when they receive from Him the gift of God eternal life. So make your words count, effectively and eternally. You have the opportunity to share the Word of God from your heart to other hearts.
