RNTKY: There Is Something To Learn

Katie Moran, MJ Coppola Season 3 Episode 7

T/W: suicide, mental health, sexual abuse, grief, psychosis

It’s Kate Moran and MJ Coppola. We’re sharing an 11-part mindful mental health mini-series called RNTKY, sharing 11 reasons not to kill yourself. It started as a blog post, YouTube video, and now a discord community where we host gratitude challenges. Episodes will be coming out Tuesdays and Thursdays between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. We speak as mental health advocates not mental health professionals and this content is not intended for therapeutic purposes.

This episode revolved around the importance of learning and personal growth, with the sharing of our personal experiences and struggles. We emphasized the power of resilience, the importance of community support, and the ability to redefine personal narratives. The discussion also touched on the impact of trauma on learning and the concept of 'invisible impact'. It revolved around the importance of knowledge acquisition, a growth mindset, and the power of resilience. We discussed the significance of learning and how it can be used to serve others. We also touched upon the concept of gratitude and its role in fostering optimism.

Here’s your reminder that you are not “stuck” with anything in life. Your life has meaning and purpose. Share this series if you believe you can make your life a life you are happy with no matter where you are starting from or what you have been through. Someone you love might need to hear it. Maybe even a stranger.

Let’s erase stigma. Suicide is preventable. Mental health recovery is always possible. A person can change 💜
