Sarah Maguire used to run her own team, alongside her husband. But when covid hit and the market went crazy, she pivoted her business and started doing a lot of work with another strong team leader, Matt Aranson. After a year of lots of success together and many conversations, they realized that combining both of their teams would be the solution to their problems.
