Please welcome my first guest, Carol McNamara. Mrs. McNamara was my counselor for over a year. In this episode, we discussed the benefits of counseling along with tools to help you heal and grow. While many consider counseling taboo in our culture,  counseling helps many people heal, learn how to process trauma, and deal with situations around them.

Worth, TX, by obtaining a Master's Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
