Jocelyn Abrams
I am a transgender woman who did not begin my transition until I was 38 years old. I was married to a woman for 15 years and my youngest 4 children are from her. We are still close and friendly along with her husband.
I am 44 years-old, have 6 children who do not live at home with me full time, and am retired and cripple. My oldest daughter and her husband have graced me with my first grand-daughter and are currently (2024) pregnant with my first grand-son. I am also a licensed Justice of the Peace and Mobile Notary in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
I live in Roanoke, Virginia and I plan to become more active within the LGBTQIA community here. I welcome all those willing to listen, learn, and become educated when it comes to LGBTQ rights and studies with input from those listeners whether or not they share the same view.
