What's on Tap, Lancaster?

Ashley Glensor serves as the Programs and Workforce Strategies Manager at the Lancaster Chamber. Ashley develops strategic programming related to workforce development, best business practices, and relationship-building, including the Young Professionals Network.  

Outside of her role with the Chamber, Ashley is a Shaper with the Global Shapers Lancaster Hub, a network of young people driving dialogue, action, and change through the World Economic Forum. She also serves on the Board of Directors of SoWe, a resident-led community organization supported by Tenfold and the SoWe Collaborative that works to implement the Southwest Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy. 

In her free time, Ashley enjoys a wide variety of hobbies, including reading books across an assortment of genres, admiring the arts, hiking and backpacking, and traveling to enjoy the views. She lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband, tortoiseshell cat, and plant collection.
