Dark Angel Co is back this week talking about FOMO, or the fear of missing out. 
we’ve all experienced FOMO to some degree at one time or another. Whether your friends are all hanging out and you weren’t invited, you couldn’t make it to a party and now you’re seeing Snapchat and Instagram posts of everyone having a good time, or you have the option of two plans and can’t decide which one you’d rather “miss out” on. 
It sucks. 
FOMO is never a good feeling and it really can control your mood, thoughts, and what you do if you let it. It can have an affect on your mental health!
Personally, we truly don’t experience FOMO but that’s only because we’ve developed ways of thinking and have been able to shift our mindset! 
We talk about how to identify for yourself if you have bad FOMO, how it can be detrimental to your mental health, and most importantly- how to stop it!
