Tone Ringstad has worked with leaders in large international corporations in Norway and Europe. She is a trained geophycisist and was part of Exxon Exploration.

She has been Director of Global HR in Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines and later built living-the-brand solutions in Dinamo.  She was trained as an executive leadership facilitation in Center for Creative leadership and delivered leadership programs world wide.

In 2014 Tone founded Culture Intelligence in Silicon Valley. She is now leading a team of ten highly skilled people who build and operate a SaaS platform with the purpose to empower leaders for culture-driven business growth.

They are on their way to disrupt the traditional ways of changing culture, and already have solid customers on their reference list.

In this episode, we explore the importance of company culture and values as essential ingredients to build more resilient companies as we move into a post-pandemic period.
