Oct 06, 2022 Episode 31
Elaine Lou Cartas

Are you able to be your most authentic self in your workplace?

Our guest in this episode, Lindsey Ingram, is sharing her experience as a woman of color in corporate America and how she learned to speak up and be listened to. She’s also sharing how she left a career that she was no longer aligned with and went on to double her salary and find more happiness.

You shouldn’t have to change who you are in order to fit in or be accepted in your workplace, so how can you advocate for yourself as a WOC in corporate America? Lindsey has lived it and now she’s sharing what she learned with you.

Lindsey is a former collegiate track and field athlete who is now tackling the world of health insurance as a market director for a vision care company, keeping her values at the forefront.

If you feel like you’re not living your most authentic life, Lindsey is your girl and this episode is for you.
