Sugar! Sugar! Sugar! It’s everywhere and we love it soooo much. It's a pick-me-up. It's an energy boost. It's a comfort.

It's probably THE MOST detrimental factor in losing weight. We know it’s not good for us, but the cravings are real. And it’s just so hard to resist.

It’s time to break up, and I’m going to show you how.

In today’s episode, I’ll explain why we crave it so much and how to break the addiction. No, you don’t have to give it up completely. Instead, I’ll show you how to enjoy it in moderation and be in control instead of your cravings controlling you.

Her health journey began when her six-year-old son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. So she threw herself into studying and learning all about nutrition. And in the process, she made some big changes herself for the sake of her kids, her family, and herself. 

Then, in 2019 she was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer. She realized her life was centered on caring for everyone else (work, kids, family, etc.). Everyone except herself. She realized that stress, lack of self-care, and not listening to her body’s messages was literally making her sick.

Throughout her cancer treatments, she focused on her own self-care. And it paid off! Today she is completely cancer-free, and not only does she have her health and energy back, but she also has more strength, joy, and confidence than she ever imagined.

She draws on her experiences with her own health and self-discovery to teach you how to break through unhealthy patterns and put you on the path to having the truly healthy, balanced life you’ve always wanted.
