It is so important for our bodies to rest.

When we have a good night's sleep, we wake up bright and ready for a new day.

Now let’s prepare for journey that helps us drift into a world of dreams.

Imagine a gentle, cozy cloud floating down to cover you.

Let it invite you into a dream world.

Take this moment to snuggle into your bed or cozy place.

Let us begin by finding the most comfortable position for our bodies.

You can close your eyes or rest your gaze on the floor below or sky above.

Take a long, slow, deep breath in through your nose filling up like a big balloon, and release that breath out of your mouth.

Again, take another long, slow, deep breath in through your nose, and slowly breathe out of your mouth, letting go of your day.

And again, a big breath in and slowly breathe out.

Now just feel your breath as it enters your body, like the gentle waves of an ocean.

Feel your body breath for you naturally.

No need to change anything; just feel your breath enter your body, and exit your body.

Feel your body breathing.

Notice how your body is breathing. Are you breathing in and out of your nose?

In and out of your mouth?

Or a combination of the two?

Is your breathe cool as it enters and warm as it leaves?

Just feel your breath for a few moments.

Let us silently say in our mind, “I am peaceful. I am snug.”

“I am peaceful. I am snug.”

Now, with each inhale or exhale of our breath, silently and slowly say “I am peaceful. I am snug.”

“I am peaceful. I am snug.”

Repeat these words as you breathe. “I am peaceful. I am snug.”

I am peaceful. I am snug.

I am peaceful. I am snug.

Take one more long, slow, deep breath in through your nose imagining a world of dreams, and exhale out of your mouth.

Enjoy the warm, cozy cloud of sleep
