This is a nice simple practice that will feel amazing at the end of a long day, maybe right before bed. In fact, you might just hit play while you are IN your bed! We will use simple Yin poses and a somatic lesson from the Feldenkrais Method® called the Pelvic Clock. All you need is a blanket, pillow, or big towel to rest your head on, no other props are needed.
