Stephen Estey is a California attorney at law, the founding partner of Estey & Bomberger, LLP, a personal injury law firm in San Diego, CA, and a child molestation victims attorney. Estey specializes in "institutional" child sex abuse cases, meaning the child was in the care of a school, daycare, etc., when they were sexually abused. "My goal," says Estey, "is to take the blame and shame they're feeling and redirect it to the institutions that failed to protect them in the first place."
