MOMocrats.com was launched in September 2007 as a national collaborative blog for progressive mom bloggers to write about politics from a mom's perspective. The MOMocrats MOMochat podcast has been produced weekly since 2010 and is hosted by Donna Schwartz Mills along with Karoli and Aliza Worthington from CrooksAndLiars.com. The podcast is part of the Demcast family of podcasts.

This Labor Day weekend caps the end of a remarkable summer for the nation's labor movement: In an economy that's favorable to workers, there have been over 230 strikes this year - and UPS and airline pilots scored big gains for their members. New economic figures today show that while the economy has slowed to pre-pandemic levels (187,000 new jobs added last month), salaries are exceeding inflation (which continues to come down from last year's highs).

MOMocrats Karoli, Aliza Worthington, and Donna Schwartz Mills talk about the many successes of Bidenomics. They also try to keep track of the very many legal problems dogging "the former guy," who is still the front-runner for the 2024 GOP nomination (despite his 91 felony charges)... and the rest of the GOP field.
