What if a Bill is Denied and you have Medicare?

What if a bill isn't covered under your Medicare plan. If Medicare does refuse to pay for a service under Original fee-for-service Part A or Part B, the beneficiary should receive a denial notice. Keep in mind that a medical provider is responsible for submitting a claim to Medicare for the medical service or procedure and not bill the member. But what if... ?
