On Tuesday, August 8, devastation hit Lahaina, Maui. The entire town of Lahaina was burned to the ground including many family's second home, Aloha Roll Academy. Now that several days have past, we know there is a need more than ever for our beloved academy. Students are practicing each other's garages and in the parks. Coaches are looking for short term and long term solutions to bring back some sort of normalcy for the kids, parents and adults of West Maui. 

All fund will be use for the rebuild of our Jiu Jitsu Academy.

In the heart of our community beats a spirit stronger than any challenge, a bond unbreakable, and a commitment that runs deeper than blood. Today, we stand united to face a devastating adversity that has struck at the very core of our values. 

The essence of our BJJ family is compassion, resilience and unity. We are a vibrant community where the echoes of laughter and the spirit of camaraderie resonate through every roll on the mats. But now, a storm has swept through our lives, leaving 48 families shattered in its wake. Close to 60% of the community lost their homes and entire possessions. +80% of them lost their source of income. 

We know what it means to stand shoulder to shoulder, to offer a hand when it's needed most, and to embrace each other's pain as our own. The culture we've nurtured isn't just about submissions and techniques; it's about extending our arms to lift one another up. Today, we come together not just as practitioners of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but as brothers and sisters bound by a shared commitment to rebuild what has been lost.
