INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz sloe gin

1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

¾ oz simple syrup

Club soda, to top

Garnish: lemon wedge, cherry


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled
  2. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass
  3. Top with club soda
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz gin
Grapefruit juice
.5 - 1 oz rosemary simple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make rosemary simple syrup: Boil 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add several rosemary springs ans simmer 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let syrup sit about an hour.
2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, grapefruit juice, and rosemary syrup. Shake well.
3. Strain into a class with ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
