Brianna

Fellas, what if there was a way for you to know EXACTLY what your wife needs from you once baby comes along? In this episode, Brianna shares some secrets/advice with the men in the room that can empower them as new dads while strengthening their relationship and ensuring baby is entering an environment where he/she has the opportunity to thrive. Whether this is your first, second, third (or more) baby, your family dynamics are going to change. Your wife is a new mom with new roles and responsibilities and you are a new dad with new roles and responsibilities. Parenting is not easy and no one ever said it would be but there are things you can do as the husband/dad that can help your partner to thrive in her role as wife/mom and she is going to love you for it.

*Note: Although this comes off as only addressing heterosexual relationships, this advice goes for every new parent and spouse, man or woman. I am only speaking on things I can relate to personally.
