I always struggled with a series of dieting and poor body image issues my whole life. I recently stumbled upon Intuitive Eating/Healthy at Every Size and Kelly Neilson! In this episode, Kelly and I talk about what is disordered eating, how normal it is in our society, what it does to our mental health, and how intuitive eating could be the solution to this craziness. The ultimate goal in this journey is to be FREE from negative influences and chase after WHOLEsome health. Hope you enjoy this episode. 

Bio:Kelly Neilson is a Registered Dietitian and owner of her private practice, Nutrition for Hope. Kelly got her Bachelor's in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and her Master's of Dietetic Administration (MDA) from Utah State University. She received her eating disorder training at The Center for Change eating disorder treatment center, when she worked there. Kelly started her virtual private practice in 2017 for individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating, serving clients all over the United States and Internationally as well. She is happily married and a mother of 3 children. She enjoys hiking and riding bikes with her family near her home in beautiful Tucson, AZ.
