Scott Fortin, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with 10 of those specific to the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) community. He is a solutions-oriented marketing and stakeholder relations professional skilled in managing relationships and strategic communications. He understands methodology to develop and implement unique relational strategies in high profile environments. Scott is also well versed in collaborating with key partners and stakeholders to deliver communications and outreach solutions that support program objectives, ensuring effective and strategic messaging. Scott graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a Master of Business Administration. 

Kia Weaver is an Outreach Specialist for Acentra Health, a Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO). She works with providers, stakeholders, and Medicare beneficiaries in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regions 1 and 4. As an Outreach Specialist she provides outreach to providers, stakeholders, and Medicare beneficiaries to raise awareness about Medicare rights and the role of the BFCC-QIO.

Nancy Jobe has accumulated over 40 years of marketing and public relations experience within a variety of industries. Nancy has been an Outreach Specialist with Acentra Health for 8 years.  She has worked with Missouri’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program, or SHIP program, serving as a Trainer for over eight years.  Nancy enjoys helping Medicare beneficiaries understand the magical world of Medicare.
