Closing Out Eclipse Season Talking About Transformation

Today's episode airs on the total lunar eclipse in Taurus, which felt like a prime time to talk about transformations. This soulo episode is a free-flowing conversation, focusing on how transformations occurring internally are just as important as those that others see externally. Sometimes, when we undergo a transformative time in our lives, what others see may not be in alignment with how we truly feel about the changes occurring. This episode is a gentle reminder to always be kind to yourself, as well as others, as even though it may look like a healthy transformation is occurring outwardly, there may very well be some serious struggles occurring behind closed doors. Now is an amazing time to reflect on what we'd like to let go of in our lives, so we can make room for something more in alignment with what we truly want for ourselves. In creating the space, we can then take aligned action from a more Yin, gentle, slow and steady space, and surrender to the process of transformation- trusting in the timing of our lives to bring us exactly where we're meant to be.
