Freedom Isn't About Getting Out, It's the Ability to Be in it: Part 2 with Lonita Cook
Jan 12, 2023 Season 2 Episode 2
Kristi Nellor

This is part 2 of a 2 part series! The conversation is sooo good and juicy that it begged to be split into two fantastic episodes. Check out Part on that landed yesterday!

Lonita Cook is a freaking mic drop. If you've ever felt disappointment from the space between expectation and reality, she will open your heart to what is in front of you.  So many #lillovebombs, here are 11 of my favorites:

1. Creativity is the Actual Math of the Universe. Tap into our creative source and bypass our egos to allow our path to unfold before us.

2. Be a student of iteration.

3. Sometimes the process of finding our yesses takes time, introspection and a good whack from the Universe. Get curious to go from offer to opportunity.

4. Let go of your contempt for feedback.

5. Be in pursuit of learning and courageous enough to get vulnerable.

6. Everything we do is storytelling. By telling your story, you liberate yourself into your own power and draw others in. It’s pure energy and clean connection.

7. Plan. Pray. Pay Gratitude. Proceed.

8. That thing that you fear… step toward it. The obstacle is the way.

9. When you face a brick wall, break through it and then use the bricks to build the bridge to your next up-level.

10. Do you Boo. When you get honest and do you, you inspire people because you tell them, I see you, the real you and the desires that you have.

11. Freedom isn’t the getting out, it’s the ability to be in it.
