Be Your Own Muse. If you're going to be stubborn... try being stubbornly self focused and see what that brings in. You might be surprised. In the past week, I've had so many instances where the need for self love, self trust, and inner knowing have entered my orbit that it's gotta be a sign from the Universe that I need to zero in on this and make it a priority. The biggest thing that has surfaced for all of the people that have come to me with issues that call for the inner self belief to step up is that we are conditioned to self- abandon for the benefit of others. To keep the peace. Taught to care for others before tending to ourselves.. but this is backwards. We can't be our best and most giving selves without first giving to ourselves and receiving those gifts. But it's hard work and takes intentional practice! It's definitely a way of being and mindset shift.
I had a coaching call that called into the forefront the absolute power in stepping into those difficult places to cultivate an inner relationship that can't be shaken and will always lead you forward: your self everlasting love. Shh, boundaries are your best friends, boo!
