Today's episode is so raw and real about what it's like when we face our own mountains and how we find ways to make it to the top, over the summit, or remove it entirely even when we are scared or fear judgement or think we can't take one more step up the ragged terrain. We dive into the challenges that pop up as we prepare for big things, in this case, a big soul trip to Kenya to do impactful work.
I'm in conversation with two of my dear and powerful friends whom I'm traveling to Kenya with about how while we are living hell yes versions of our lives that were once merely our dreams, there are still big challenges and things that trip us up from this vantage. It is all part of the journey and when we put words to it and allow our vulnerabilities to show up and be embraced by not only ourselves, but the collective sisterhood... we can literally push through any mountain ahead. We've all had the ugly cry moments preparing for this global work and that is part of the humanity that unites us all and drives us to be even more committed to getting there and feeling the body heat of a woman across the globe. We all want connection, love, fulfilment, encouragement, and JOY.
