In our industry, we represent the buyer.  Their best interest should be our number one priority.  Creating a clear and concise outline of the process will help alleviate any confusion and or misunderstandings.  Building good old fashion rapore and getting to know our buyers wants and needs is at the very core of truly being able to help them accomplish their goals.  Setting boundaries and saying no when necessary is hard but can actually help the borrower save time and money if they are going down the wrong path.  This is the meaning of being a sales consultant instead of an order taker.
