This week, our top 3 issues are these: 1) we look at why some are pushing for a special session to pass the Cook Inlet royalty relief bills that stalled out during the regular session (2:06); 2) we discuss what Shell’s decision to relinquish its West Harrison Bay oil & gas leases likely means for Alaska oil & gas (18:49); and 3) we ask — as many interested in Cook Inlet energy should — where’s the Phase II utility report on Southcentral gas (38:14).
