Welcome to our bonus episode of SCI Care. What Really Matters the Edinburgh Conversations. I am Dr Ali Jumous, the President of the International Spine Cord Society. I am one of the SCI grant recipients and I am in this conference with the funding of SCI. My research is regarding work-care rehabilitation program. In Bangladesh we developed a new work-care rehabilitation pathway for spinal cord patients. I did that research and submitted a poster in this conference and I have a poster presentation. SCI is really amazing and I get a chance, with the help of the Spinal Research Institute, to show my work to the clinician researcher and get exposure for myself. So really it is a great opportunity for me to meet with the researchers, senior researchers, funders, and members of different countries, also the old factors. I am really enjoying the conference. It is a really nice and great opportunity for me.

This is the first time for me to join in this course. I can't explain really, I really enjoyed it. So for me, the take home message is that I made it lots of friends. I invited lots of people to come to my country, to my center, and to see my work. Then I could make more collaboration and improve myself and my work also. So I'm very happy to be here.
