Hi Angels,

Well the moon is in scorpio (apaz), I've nursed myself back to health from a 3 day hangover (who the f*ck invited bottomless brunch please?!) and we are back for episode 38.

This week I have had some of my old anxious feelings resurface and so I returned to the only thing that's ever really worked for me in managing my anxiety - EFT Tapping. I wanted to share this with you guys this week as I know so many of us suffer with anxiety and I honesty can't stress enough how much this technique worked for me - it is literally the reason I was able to come of my anxiety medication!

In this episode I'll explain what EFT is, the 5 stages of the process and share my experience and my top tips for getting the best results. I hope you guys find this episode valuable, I truly believe you will!
