On today's Thursday Thoughts, Lucy and I are talking all about decluttering.
Whether it's physical decluttering of your home, digital decluttering of your social media or inbox, or mental decluttering of those things or people you no longer want in your life, having a good old declutter can be life-changing!
I talk about my experience of decluttering my house before a move from the home me and my family have lived in for 17 years; and Lucy talks about getting ruthless when she had a major declutter before she bought her teeny tiny studio flat.
Whatever it looks like for you, decluttering is a fabulous way of letting go of the things that are no longer serving you, so you can make space for the things that you want to come into your life.
