Our guest speakers for this episode are two Workiva employees: Ben Lopez (Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA) and Kamilah Jones (Manager of Sales Enablement) 
Ben and Kamilah tell us what’s like for them to work at Workiva - providing some first-hand insights into the company culture. Kamilah is a working mum and she talks about all the different ways the organisation supports their working parents and carers in general. Ben tells us more about the current returnship opportunities and why Workiva is investing in this programme. Ben also presents other initiatives that Workiva runs in the area of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
