Toxic Traits: Are you giving out levels of toxicity that has been normalized by society?
Sep 11, 2022 Season 1 Episode 7

What trait do you possess that makes you a magnet for toxic people? How do you identify your own levels of toxicity or do you just ignore the fact that you have them?

How do you know when it's time to leave while in a toxic relationship? What do you do when you have money ties combined in this type of situation?  Sometimes, people have to face the reality that some relationships just don’t work.  People choose to stay in unhealthy relationships due to fear, the fear of being alone forever, the fear of not being able to find another person who would love them again, fear of being judged, they fear they will end up with someone worst, and fear of losing everything. Other times, people tend to stay in toxic relationships because they have no idea what rue love really feels like, or lack the ability to know how to receive love because it was never an expressed emotion in their household. Due to this, they often settle for less than what they deserve because they constantly feel unworthy.

People who force the relationship to stay the same even though it’s so obvious that everything is bursting at the seams will only make the situation worse. And that’s how you breed a toxic relationship. Instead of hanging on to a relationship that is bad for your heart and soul, consider the possibility of moving on, and letting go of the relationship that isn’t working. There has been so many people that has gone through heartbreak,  or have lost that one special person, then moved on to find the right one. If you work on spiritual practices, this will help you accept yourself for who you are and be comfortable in your own body without needing to be with someone or feeling the need to be someone else.  If you have came in contact with someone thatis toxic, or you know you're the toxic one - then this episode is just for you!
