Welcome back to PCBV! On this episode we drink wine, gin, and talk tv.
First, we start off with Los Angeles River Company 2021 Heart of Sand Blanc. The wine is made up of big-berried Mission, Rose of Peru, Muscat, of Alexandria, Grenache Gris, and Grenache Noir. The grapes were harvested together, foot-stomped, and then pressed and fermented. Next, we continued our gin journey with Mulholland Gin from Mulholland Distillery. This gin was a Top 10 gin by Wine Enthusiast and has notes of cucumber, juniper, and citrus.
