Maternal Narcissism with Amanda White.

Amanda is a life coach and founder of Break up with your Mother  from California, USA.

She coaches the daughter's of Narcissistic Mothers to break up with their inner critic, and to release their feelings of guilt, inadequacy and shame in the process.

There is, arguably, few who experience misogyny greater than the daughters of the mothers who hate women. In this episode, Amanda and I discuss the defining characteristics of Narcissistic Mothers, Amanda's personal healing journey and how she helps other women to do the same. We explore common themes of maternal narcissistic abuse from scapegoating to family dynamics.
