ReShape Beauty From Within | With Tracy Assaad, Women's Health Specialist and Functional Massage & Yoga Therapist

What if beauty wasn't something you treat and take care of on the outside, but instead you do from the inside. Our guest on this episode, Tracy Assaad, swears by this and explains to us how our beauty is a result of the connection between the mind and the body; the "thinking"  and the "feeling" brains.

Tracy is a functional massage and yoga therapist specialized in women's health whose wellness and self-healing journey began right after leaving the corporate world, when she decided to take a step back from everything and focus on herself.

With a strong belief in beauty as something that is not that much about aesthetics, but instead is more of a visceral feeling, Tracy has learnt - and taught - over the years how our breathing, movement, alignment and mind-body connection are key to long-term health and aging gracefully.

Join me on this episode as I learn from Tracy how to create awareness in taking care of our beauty from the inside; how the mind-body connection is impacting today's health issues based on the theories developed on "When The Body Says No" by Gabor Maté; how the ingredients of our skincare products can impact our lymphatic system; but also how women can teach their emotions (as explained on "How To Be Sad" by Helen Russell); and how we can be preventing the symptoms of menopause if we act early ...and a lot more.

"Beauty to me is an inner visceral feeling" - Tracy Assaad.
