Speaker 1:

Hello, welcome back to let's Talk About Sex with Stephanie Smith. I am, stephanie, your host, and I am here again talking about a vibe a day keeps the doctor away. This is my part of my podcast that I promote health, and I do because I believe that sex is better when you're healthy, and so I promote it. And I promote vibration, health of vibe a day. So, because the vibe a day can make a huge health difference in multiple different ways. So, whether you're vibing on a vibration plate, in which I talk a lot about, but here is today we're going to talk about vibrator for the vagina, vibration therapy. So vibration therapy is a form of therapy that involves the use of a mechanical vibration to stimulate the body's tissue right. So it's not just limited to muscles and joint health, but also extends to general and vaginal health. Vibrators traditionally used for sexual stimulation are now recognized for their therapeutic benefits when used correctly.

Speaker 1:

Viginal health refers to the overall condition of an individual's body and mind. It encompasses various aspects of wellness, including physical, mental and social well-being. Maintaining general health is important, as it allows individuals to live productive lives and reduces the risk of diseases. Women may experience various vaginal issues, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, vaginal atrophy and sexual discomfort. These conditions can result from a range of causes, including aging, hormonal changes, childbirth and medical conditions. So why use vibration therapy in the vagina? To promote health. I'll tell you why. It improves your pelvic floor strength. Vibrations can help to tone the pelvic floor muscles, which are crucial for bladder control and sexual function. It increases blood circulation. Vibration therapy can enhance blood flow to the vaginal area, aiding in tissue repair and increased sensitivity, enhancing sexual pleasure.

Speaker 1:

Vibrations may contribute to increased sexual arousal and pleasure due to their stimulatory effects, relieving tightness or discomfort. For some, the vibration therapy can help alleviate vaginal tightness or discomfort by relaxing muscles and tissues. Studies have shown that vibration therapy can be beneficial for the pelvic floor, muscle training and sexual dysfunction. Different techniques of vibration therapy include external stimulation, internal stimulation or a combination of both. The intensity and frequency of vibrations can be adjusted according to individual comfort and therapeutic goals.

Speaker 1:

Vibrations designed for vaginal use come with various features, such as different intensity levels, patterns and ergonomic designs to target specific areas. They are made from body safe materials like silicone, which is non-porous and easy to clean. To incorporate vibration therapy into a self-care routine, start with gentle sessions, gradually increasing intensity as comfortable it can be used as part of a regular wellness practice or, as needed, for relief or pleasure. Important precautions include using body safe, hygienic vibrators and ensuring proper cleaning before and after use. Always listen to your body and stop if you experience pain or discomfort.

Speaker 1:

In sexual activities involving partners, communication and consent are paramount. Discuss preferences and boundaries to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. When you're going to be using your vibrator together, begin with the lowest setting and gently increase the intensity to avoid discomfort or injury. This cautious approach helps the body adapt and can prevent adverse reactions Once you get all your body adapted to the various settings and whatnot. What they say is, if you can do a vibrator in the vagina for 10 to 15 minutes 3 to 4 times a week, it will help with the strengthening of your pelvic floor, atrophy of your vagina. It will help with incontinence. It will help with lubrication. It will help with sensitivity. It will increase your sexual drive.

Speaker 1:

There are so many benefits. The list goes on and on and everyone will have different ones because all of our bodies are unique, because we are all a snowflake, we are all individual. So put this as part of your self-care routine. It doesn't have to be part of your sexual health, part of your routine. That's not what you're into, but do this because you will notice and, as we age and women you'll see, tell me how also you're getting blood flow down to your vagina.

Speaker 1:

I mean, what are you doing? Sex is not enough what You're doing. It once a month, once a week, is that enough? Really, stop and think about it. If you were not bringing blood flow to your hands, what would happen? They would atrophy. They wouldn't be able to move as much. Same thing goes with all other parts of your body, and that's the whole part of a vibe. A day keeps the doctor away is bringing blood flow to all parts of our bodies and that way it can reap. There's nothing but reaping health benefits, nothing but.

Speaker 1:

So get out there and get a vibrator. I have a link in my bio. You can buy one from me. I represent. I'm an affiliate with good vibrations, something I've been using since I was 18. So for 30 years. But there are plenty other places. Just get out there and get one.

Speaker 1:

Vibration therapy for vaginal health can offer numerous benefits, and so I just listed all of them. So go out, get a vibrator, put it as part of your self-care, self-sexual wellness routine. Educate yourself. Learn about the different types of vibrators available and how they can be used for therapy as well as for pleasure. Purchase wisely. Invest in a high quality, body, safe vibrator from reputable sources to ensure safety and hygiene. Practice safe use, always follow the manufacturer's instructions and definitely always have good lubrication.

Speaker 1:

So remember that while vibration therapy can be beneficial for many, it's not a one size fits all solution. Individual experiences and results can vary, so it's important to approach this therapy with an open mind and willingness to find out what works best for you. All right, that is what I have for a vibrator in the vagina, doing it three to four times a week, keeping your vagina healthy. So I promote standing on a vibration plate. I promote a vibrator in the vagina for females and I promote a vibrator in the butt for men, for their prostate. So you can go and check that one out and send that to your husband as well. But get out there and get your vibrator Go vibe today. Have a happy day.
