Speaker 1:

Hello, we are live today from hey, this is Stephanie with. Let's Talk About Sex with me, stephanie Smith, and I'm here with Shiloh Hobby, love your O, right, love your O. And we're talking about O's today. We're here live at Schizo Kitty. Shiloh had a brainy idea that it would be super fun to do it at a sex shop, so I decided to get going and I said, okay, let's do it, let's do it. And so I went and I'm super excited to say that we're here today. Everyone's testing each other out, seeing if they like it, if I like it, and how it feels, and so today we're going to be live from Schizo Kitty.

Speaker 1:

It's in Palm Desert, california. It's located off of Highway 111. It's one of the premier adult bookstores, adult stores in Palm Desert, in the Coachella Valley, and we will have Dave and the team on to be able to give us a little bit more about. They have so many accolades that I could give them, but it's like a list goes a mile long. So I'm super excited and so we're going to show and showcase some of the toys today, because today we're talking C for clitoris, a, clitoris a, very. Oh, oh, you got your. Oh, nice, the clitoris very nice.

Speaker 2:

yes, this is what it looks like you know, and it's it's.

Speaker 1:

everyone thinks it's just a little button and it's not.

Speaker 2:

It's so much more than. This is the part that everybody sees, this is the part that's hidden, so we're going to talk about it.

Speaker 1:

I'm excited, yeah, and I I'm excited to talk about it because there's a lot of myths, um, and it's kind of like, I think, a woman's arts. There's so many pieces to it, it's so complicated that not many people have been able to dig into that, and we've lived in a male dominated world. So it's not to rap on the men or anything, but we have, and it's time to really start talking about, you know, the clitoris and the female parts and what makes us happy, because, yeah, there's so much more than just a penis in the vagina or a clitoris, a little button. There's so much more involved. So it's super exciting to have you here. So, um, it's a. We're going to start. Oh, I love it. I'm just going to be funny cause I have to. Uh, this is my life.

Speaker 1:

Now I get to have fun, um, fun doing what I love to do, which is talk about sex. I've been doing it since I was. We were talking about this, so I just want to for our listeners out there, I just want to say you know, people go, oh, yeah, well, how long have you been doing it? Well, well, I've been having sex since I was 16, but have I been talking about sex since I was 18? So we're talking I'm 55. We're talking 37 years.

Speaker 1:

I've been all about human sexuality and in a lot of different ways. So I think that's we just are such a shameful country we really are. I get so much more interest from out of the country, not in this area, and I mean we have employers that, and spouses and partners and significant others that criticize each other for looking at certain things sexually instead of learning about it, taking it as a learning experience, because that's really what we need to do. So I'm kind of going back to my education of like.

Speaker 1:

Remember I told you, shiloh, about my education at San Francisco State, that the doctor brought in all these different people to talk about it and I learned so many things. So that's really what this podcast is about is to teach everyone, and you brought up the awesome idea of A to Z, and I love that because it's so needed. We could just take each little alphabet and we can just roll that over over and over again. So so fun. I'm excited to be here with you. So thank you. You want to give them a little under a little background of yourself.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely so. My name is Shiloh and I am a sex coach with Love Uro Coaching, as you mentioned. You know I agree with you. You know our sexual education goes back so far, you know. I mean, you know we think about, you know, like the formal training that we've had. I did get certified to be a sex coach during COVID.

Speaker 2:

However, prior to that, I was part of Pure Romance. I should say up until recently I've been a part of Pure Romance, which is a in-home party for women that you know focuses on sharing information about sex and, obviously, selling the goods. So you know, it was very informative for me, definitely broke, you know, definitely helped me with a lot of, a lot of education. But you know, as you mentioned, you know it goes back, you know, way before that I mean I did, you know, and I've done that for, you know, 13 years. So I mean I had that experience as well that I had in so lots of women.

Speaker 2:

You know that I've helped over the years, you know, with choosing, you know, with choosing the right toy or helping them understand something about their body. You know I love those aha moments which you know really truly made me want to be a coach. But even more than that, you know the idea of sexuality, you know it has such a big part in our lives that we, as you mentioned, you know there's a lot of shame. There's a lot of shame, sorry about that. There's a lot of shame.

Speaker 1:

You have a life. I mean, you're a real person. Oh sorry. We're real people here Sorry.

Speaker 2:

You know, and I mean there is a lot of shame in this country. And you know, part of the reason, too, I want to do this is because I think that it's important to get the education out there, and get proper information out there to people and make it accessible to them so they can have it, you know, and make a difference in their lives, because so many people are confused about things that are happening within their bodies just because they don't have the knowledge. And, as you mentioned, you know, I mean we're gonna talk about the clitoris today, but just want you all to keep in mind that the clitoris wasn't even in medical textbooks, wasn't it, most likely at the time that you were in school. I just want to say, like they really, truly went around. Yeah, they really. So. In 2005, helen O'Connell and her colleagues published the Anatomy of a Clitoris, which was a review in the Journal of Urology that provides a complete anatomical description of the clitoris. So not till then, 2005. That was 2005.

Speaker 1:

That's absolutely. Well. It's not surprising because you know we were in a male dominated not to be, you know right it has always been a male dominated world.

Speaker 2:

Women were at home and they were having the babies and taking care of the family and the house and they weren't thought of in any kind of academic sense.

Speaker 1:

Well, and let's be clear, I think that the clitoris look at what you showed us, you know, maybe you can keep that up there for you know, I don't know keep showing it off and on.

Speaker 2:

It's complicated, you know there's a lot, there's, there's, there's a lot of parts to it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so, um so, okay, Um so we found out in 2005,. When did they actually really find the clitoris?

Speaker 2:

So I mean they have been, they've been playing with this. I mean you know they have been playing with this. I mean you know they've been like the clitoris itself. They've you know, they've seen it, you know, as the little, teeny, tiny nub. So this is where we're at, and actually I was looking through my notes for the exact date 1858.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you were saying that.

Speaker 2:

Well, and that's when they had a drawing of the vulva with the clitoris prominent. So basically they were showing this. You know, look at my hand here. They were just showing this little, teeny, tiny part, the part that we see, the part that's external on the body. They didn't see all of this part, and this is the part that's all inside. So let's talk about the clitoris. Why don't we go back and let's actually just talk about it for a moment? So just to say, ladies, your clitoris has over 8,000 nerve endings which is double.

Speaker 1:

Which is how many more than the penis?

Speaker 2:

It's double, it's double, it's double right. Yeah, the clitoris is made for pleasure.

Speaker 1:

I get to say hi to people as they wait. So you know, okay, the clitoris is for pleasure.

Speaker 2:

Yes, the clitoris is made for pleasure, that's it. It really doesn't have another purpose, unlike the its counterpart, the penis, which to kind of you know, to kind of back up a little bit further, when we start out in the womb, we all start off with the tissue that either grows into a penis or clitoris. It's the same exact tissue. So when you think of a penis and how it becomes erect and it becomes filled and gorged, the same thing happens with the clitoris, except that you can't see it. It's internal, because all of this is internal. So when you're thinking of your, your vulva, which you know, as you know, that's the proper terminology for that. And I have my little, my vulva pillow here, which I have, as you know, that's the proper terminology for that. And I have my little, my vulva pillow here, which I have oh, I have mine too, I brought.

Speaker 1:

Oh perfect, so when you're thinking about this.

Speaker 2:

you know, this is the clitoral hood here. I love yours too. It's so fun yeah.

Speaker 1:

I think it's the same lady who makes them all. She's so cute, I like her.

Speaker 2:

I found this one on Etsy. Is that where you got yours?

Speaker 2:

yeah, that's you know your clitoris. So, like just to kind of give you an idea, so we have your. Do you have a good? Can you see this? Well, yeah, I can see that that's good.

Speaker 2:

So, um, when you're looking at this, like this is you know your clitoral hood and your clitoris is hiding on, you know your little part that you can see is hiding under here. Yay, for theitoral high, but all of this part the legs, this is the crura, is the legs, the vestibules, like this is the. You know this part is all hiding, it's all behind, it's all behind your labia. So I want to say really quickly in regards to that you know a lot of people, you know they, a lot of women, are very upset about how their vulva looks and they want to go and get like labiaplasty and such like that. Well, just keep in mind, your clitoris is right here behind those labia and you're perfect just the way you are, unless you experience some type of pain, you know, or you know your doctor is recommending that you get this. Keep in mind, your vulva is beautiful just the way it is.

Speaker 1:

I think the biggest thing I've heard from women complaining about that is the way that it it sat there. They hang. So maybe because the flaps hang or something like that. But you're right, I mean, the minute we start messing around with our parts, any kind of part of our body, let's just be really clear. Any kind of surgery okay, but specifically those particular parts. You may not have some, you may lose some feeling in other parts because you're trying to pull up your labia and then you're not going to have the best feeling. It could affect you in other ways. Now, of course, we're not doctors and we'll leave that right, we're not doctors, I wouldn't I wouldn't be messing around.

Speaker 2:

I think you're right just there's no, there's really truly no reason, you know, unless I think that's the go with men, though men are the ones who can become critical about. Oh my God Well that's because they're looking at porn and it's all Photoshopped. Let's just talk about that for a moment. Everything is Photoshopped, it's all cropped. I mean they make the vulva look nice and pretty and like it's this thing that it's really truly not so. There is that part.

Speaker 1:

Oh sorry, okay, that's okay.

Speaker 2:

So you know. Just to get back to the clitoris, so you know this, um, you know when it, when it does, um, expand and arouse internally, um, it can be up to five inches.

Speaker 1:

It can, it can grow up to five inches long that's like a penis, is what I've actually seen pictures of what they look like, and they can actually look like an extremely small, you know thin lot that can go out like a penis, like I've seen them big.

Speaker 2:

Like some of the, some of the and, interestingly enough, they actually. I learned that the clitoris actually grows, like it does get. It does get bigger as we age. So your clitoris isn't the same size you know at 50 as it is at you know 16. So that's kind of interesting. I thought that was an interesting thought um fact.

Speaker 1:

I remember on Miss Jaya over at Sex uh, love and Goop or whatever that was on Netflix. She has that big one that has all the the you know, the fingers hanging out at that big red one. That's a great one, and I think that she was exactly explaining that as we get older, they grow and they became more complicated to be able to maneuver and get excited. So we need to. You know what I mean. Work on that kind of stuff is that people think that what you were looking like at 18, 20, or your sex life even at 30 or 40, it's going to be the same. It's not. It's going to change drastically and what used to be the whole pound, pound, boom, whatever done, however, you did it your way. It's not. It's more about connection and loving and being together, and sometimes there's not the orgasm that you're going to have. But let's get back to it the clit. Okay, so we've got the clit. All these different, like so many nerve endings. How do we help someone find out about a clit, their own personal clit?

Speaker 1:

What would be a good. You know I always love the vagina. Monologue events there always says take a mirror, get down there and look. What is something you could suggest.

Speaker 2:

Well, I mean you're clitoris, I mean the outer part of it. You certainly use the mirror and you can examine it and see what it looks like. You know you can even look to see what it looks like. You know, if you're doing self exploration and you're and you're masturbating, you can look at it. You can grab a mirror and look at it when you're aroused and see what it looks like on the external part I mean obviously the internal part. You know that's where you know toys and such do come into play. You know if you're really looking to stimulate or just self massage to figure out, you know where where your clitoris is actually sensitive at.

Speaker 2:

Because you know everybody, every body is different, every clitoris is different and, as we all know, what works for your best friend might not work for you. You know that amazing thing that she tried and she had the most amazing orgasm ever and you tried it and you're like it was OK. You're not, yeah, you're not the same body, you're not broken. You just you work differently. Something else is going to be better for you. So that's where self-exploration, masturbation, really comes into play, cause you can, you can play with that and you can figure out. You know which part of my clitoris is. You know which part of my clitoris is more sensitive? It might be that part that's sitting underneath the right labia. You know, you don't know.

Speaker 1:

What's one for, what works for one doesn't work for the other and that's why, you know, you doing your own self exploration and it's good if you could do it with your partner and get them. But they have to be men, do have to be patient and you know, be relaxed about it, because do have to be patient and you know, be relaxed about it, cause you know getting down there, you know, you know it's nice if you know, it's nice if you know your own body so that you can direct them.

Speaker 1:

Right, exactly, they really do want it.

Speaker 2:

They really do want a little bit of direction.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, they do, and and rightly so. I mean, come on, we're help, we're asking them to you know a big task to get us to have an amazing orgasm, because it actually is an amazing orgasm. I mean you know my favorite.

Speaker 2:

My other favorite C word is communication. So you know I'm all about talking about it. So you should be able to tell your partner what turns you on because and what doesn't turn you on in the bedroom, because if you can't, then maybe you're not with the right partner. Yeah, maybe you shouldn't be having sex with them, because if you can't talk about it you really shouldn't be.

Speaker 1:

Oh, look at that sexy model oh, I didn't mean to do that. I I, there we go. I thought it was gonna make my screen bigger so I could actually see. You know like I could see things better?

Speaker 2:

yeah, sorry that was funny, that was funny, it was good, it was, that was fun, like, just like all of a sudden, all of a sudden, I got like this close-up of of the sorry.

Speaker 1:

Well, I saw this thing saying shift and I'm like it's popping out.

Speaker 2:

I'm like what do I do? Someday we're gonna're going to look back on our. Someday, we're going to look back on these, on these tapings, and we're going to be like you've come so far, Come so far.

Speaker 1:

Hey, listen you know, here's the deal. I'd like to ask who else has bigger balls than us to get out here and do this, because it takes some fucking balls to get out here and do this.

Speaker 2:

So I'm telling you it takes some fucking balls to get out here and do this, so you know what I mean. Good, my goal is for people to learn.

Speaker 1:

So you know, I want people to learn and I'm sorry, I know I get vulgar, but I am one of those that say that. You know, testing is not a bad thing, but I will keep it to the minimum. Anyway, all right. So let's we talked about now the idea about the how about the magic button? Everyone thinks it's the magic button. Now we know it's more okay and it has a lot of nerve endings.

Speaker 2:

And it can grow up to. It can grow up to 300%. We know when it's aroused.

Speaker 1:

So what about? The clitoris isn't as important for sexual pleasure as the vaginal, because I know we're. You know, some people think that the vaginal is more important, or their clit is, or vice versa, and some people don't have either, and some people have both. So I think the spectrum is vast and that's why how can we tell people?

Speaker 2:

So I mean, you know this is back to that. Everybody is different. So 85% of women do, have, do find stimulation through the clitoris to be the way to go. That's not to say that there aren't people that have vaginal orgasms, vaginal orgasms, but in general the clitoris is there to help to stimulate you, to get you excited. I mean it's you know how do you, how do you play with the Volvo without touching the clitoris? Because you really can't. Because even internally, when you're looking at this little itch right here, even you know internally, you know vaginally, the clitoris hugs these little two, these little two, the vestibule here this is, this is the vaginal opening right here, this is your vaginal opening. So when that penis is right here, they're hitting that clitoris. So, no matter what, the clitoris is always getting hit and it can't get hit.

Speaker 1:

There's certain positions, and there's great positions, where you can do a penis entry and get the clit at the same time, and a woman could have both orgasm at the same time with the penis, I mean. So I think people need to realize that once you know that the orgasms are vast in the clitoris and your vagina and they vary and they're going to change as we get older and whatever happens to us as we take medications, everything, and if we don't have sex a lot, you know, because that's a big thing, everything. And if we don't have sex a lot, you know cause that's a big thing, um, but that's why I think we should encourage people to have sex as much as possible because, as they say, you, we, that's the one prescription that they've left out of how to make yourself whole, which is, you know, a low calorie diet, exercise, don't eat, don't smoke, don't over all these things. They don't even have sex on there, not even sex.

Speaker 2:

And just to clarify, because that's definitely, you know, like I'm all my, my stance is all about self-love. That's my, that is my coaching niche is self-love and with that sexual wellness aspect of things, so maybe not necessarily penis and vagina sex, it can be masturbation, you know, but I completely agree, you know some type of you know whether it be, you know, and it again, this is going to differ for everybody. I mean, some people, some women will, we'll say women right now, cause women are the ones with clitorises. So we're going to, you know, pronouns, pronouns aside, but if you have a clitoris, people with clitorises, you can stimulate them daily if that's what you like to do. I mean, sex drive is different for everybody.

Speaker 2:

Some people do it once, you know, once a day, other people four times a day, depending on which time they have. But other people, you know, maybe it's once a week. You, other people, four times a day, depending on how much time they have, but other people, you know, maybe it's once a week. You know it really, it's your body. So you get to decide, you know what works for you. But if you find yourself getting cranky or sad or moody, go masturbate, go stimulate your clutter, see what happens.

Speaker 1:

Oh, it's kind of how I really hate to say this because it's going to go live, but it's going to be out there. But we could measure people who didn't have sex or who had not had sex in a while by how cranky they were at work. If they were little biatches, I'm telling you, then we knew that they weren't having sex and we're like, oh my God, they need to have sex. Sex I could tell when I wasn't. You know, if I'm cranky, I could tell when my kids were, I could tell all around me. So you are 100%.

Speaker 1:

Sex is an amazing stress release. It's amazing for our, our overall health, and please go check out. I have lots of stuff on my Reddit that I posted about this Um and making sure that everyone has as much information as possible, because that's what I love to do is provide you a ton of information. But, bottom line, when you have sex three, four times a week with your partner or by yourself, it's amazing what it does for your overall wellbeing through your skin, through your, your stress level, through cortisol, all of that. So, and even down there for female, we need to bring blood flow to that area. Anyway, it's something that no one's talking about bringing blood flow down to the vagina inside, especially as we get older and if we're sedentary, you know, because not just older, but we have a lot of people even in their thirties, now forties, being extremely sedentary and not bringing blood flow to that area.

Speaker 1:

Um, so it's. It's not only just for females, but it's for men. It's something that I talk a lot about is vibing in the vagina, which you and I started talking about over a year and a half ago and I also then put on to vagina, or vibing in the anus for men with a vibrating massager and for prostate health. So I have those podcasts out. Please go check them out. Also, a Vibe a Day keeps the doctor away, because I do believe that bringing blood flow to the body, it's huge, it's crazy, huge.

Speaker 2:

I mean I've noticed the apple industry used it, so I feel like we can use it too.

Speaker 1:

And the apple industry. There is absolutely no scientific proof. I'm going to tell you because Not at all.

Speaker 2:

It's a marketing point, it's all marketing.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to tell you because, except for the fact that it one apple is a nutritional, adds a nutritional plus to your food intake of the day. Other than that, if you go read on my Reddit account, I have all the articles from national Institute of health is because that's the one I feel like has the best information and it all talks about this. So, getting down here, here's one thing I was thinking as you were talking. I remember when I was 16, I didn't know anything about my vagina and it took me a long time, and it wasn't until I had a partner that taught me about it and taught me how to play with myself, because we're not really taught how to masturbate and play with ourselves.

Speaker 1:

So all I could say is for any female that is out there that has never got into there, got down there, got a mirror, got their fingers down there, figured out their vaginal orgasm, their clitoral orgasms, edging orgasm, their clitoral orgasms, edging everything. I mean there's so many facets to it. I can say try all different kinds of toys, try combination, dildo, vibrator, both one each, doesn't matter all different kinds, and you will find that you will be able to go oh, that's awesome. And then you interact that with your partner. How amazing your relationship could be. So let me encourage people to masturbate, because I, I do encourage people to masturbate anyway. I'm a, I masturbate, I, I just believe in it.

Speaker 2:

Everyone should, and I know and just a real quick plug for that, you know if any, if any, women are, anybody with a clitoris is looking for, you know, not not entirely sure, what to do for masturbation. There is a fantastic website that does actually provide some very good educational videos, and it is called O-M-m-g-s dot com.

Speaker 1:

Okay, we will put that on the link in my link so that they can go and just find a place that they can learn how to masturbate.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. It's a great resource for that.

Speaker 1:

Great, and that's why we bring you on Sex Coach, so you can teach us all these fun things. Well, let me talk about a toy really quick. Yeah, let's talk about some clitorals. You got a clitoral toy for us. This is called the woman with the womanizer. Enter the pleasure dimension. This is by orgasms evolved and um, anyways, I read about it. This thing is kind of cool because it looks like it's a sucker.

Speaker 2:

It does puffs in the air.

Speaker 1:

It does puffs in the air. Yes, like y'all. And they said that this. Yes, please give a plug, tell us all about it.

Speaker 2:

I just want to tell you the best review I got of the Womanizer.

Speaker 1:

Okay, cool.

Speaker 2:

It was a fun conversation and definitely made me go run out and get my own.

Speaker 1:

Okay, tell me, because I'm going to get one after I read this.

Speaker 2:

I had a friend that had one and she basically said that it made her so wet that her partner needed to go in with he needed an umbrella and raincoat. It just made her completely wet. And so, as a gag at the end of the weekend, this was back, actually COVID, when, um, we were flying and stuff and I had I'd gone on a retreat and met them and everything and um, so I had one of those masks that were like the face shield, so I did give that to her and then we ended up like she got like that for her husband, like we got our whole looks, because apparently, yes, yes, the Womanizer, y'all it's good. Those little puffs of air, it does something crazy. I mean, it has different vibrations and woo y'all.

Speaker 1:

So the cool thing about this it's actually patented. So they patented. No one else can do this. It says it can get you off in 60 seconds or less. It's called the Orgasm Whisperer for the clitoris Amazing.

Speaker 2:

Y'all. It does some whispering. I just want y'all to know. I don't know if it's whispering or yelling. It might be some screaming involved.

Speaker 1:

That's awesome. Well, here's the thing is that if you've never, I have to just tell females, if you have never had an orgasm, that you squirt through your G-spot. Whatever squirt, okay, Like I'm saying, not just a little puddle Email ejaculation. I'm telling you it is the most amazing orgasm and I guarantee you this is. I can probably guarantee you this is going to work. I have something similar, but it probably helps with it. Yeah, it helps with it. It helps a little bit.

Speaker 2:

Help a little bit. A little bit. You also want some G-spot stimulation. We'll talk about G-spot another day.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, okay here this is called a Lola Milani Mystique Bullet. Check this thing out. It has a little look at that and it opens. It's a little special charging case. This is a charging case all in one. Is that cool?

Speaker 2:

wow. So what does the actual toy look like then? This is this is the toy, okay very nice.

Speaker 1:

This is also for. This is another. It's nice, so it's a big vibrating. It also is for the clitoris, so she picked this one out. Is it nice? They get lots of reviews on this one for the clitoris. That's, that's a. That's my as you go through it too bad. We can't feel this ourselves no, but you can hear this stuff. Geez, oh, oh, my, okay. So we got a couple toys. That is super slick. Look at that. It has this rechargeable little unit.

Speaker 2:

That is, the technology is pretty awesome. I have to say Like it's yeah, very.

Speaker 1:

Well, the cool thing about being here is that they have such a vast. They have like 75,000 toys between toys and outfits and everything here toys between toys and outfits and everything here. His online store is currently down because he's had so many products that Shopify could not carry him. So he is working on the store, but if you do want to buy any of these products, please feel free to-568-6300. Go to wwwschizo with a Z kittycom and, of course, all of this stuff is in my link in my bio and this is awesome. Okay, well, let's do a couple more. Do you have any, maybe? What do you want to talk about? Maybe a couple more, if you have a. Do you have any? Maybe a couple? What do you want to talk about? Maybe a couple more things, and then we can close it up so, um, yeah, you know just some fun things.

Speaker 2:

Um, that I learned, you know, in in doing a little bit more research for this. Um, the first clitoris sculpture was made by the artist sophia wallace and it Cliteracy. So, and just basically, it was created to, uh, shed a little bit of light on this misunderstood and often ignored organ. Um, another fun thing that I learned and I felt like this was pretty cool um, much props to education and just goes to show that, um, the U? S has so far to come in regards to sex education, but in France there is a law that mandates that all newly made sex education models must include a clitoris.

Speaker 1:

I love that. I love when I read that.

Speaker 2:

Like you know. It just amazes me just how much shame there is in the United States, you know, I mean, and the sad thing about it is such a huge contradiction. But that's a soapbox conversation for a whole different day. A whole different day. A whole different day.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, no, here's the thing. We could go on and we could talk about lots of different things about the clitoris. We could, you know, go on and on different things about the clitoris. We could, you know, go on and on. But you know, we're just trying to give a little bit of information so you could take back, go talk about it with your partner, significant other, whoever, even just for yourself, and go explore. I mean, that's the bottom line and making it you feel like you're not weird for looking at this, like you're not weird. Okay, it's normal to want to be interested in learning about your body and it's normal to want to learn about all parts of your body, and this is just one of the female. That is just not discussed. So, and some people call me vanilla, like, oh well, you do vanilla sex. Well, let me tell you, uh, there's a lot of people that don't even know about the old other stuff yet. So we do have to talk about the vanilla stuff because we need to educate people, hey, it all starts out with vanilla.

Speaker 1:

It all starts out there, and let me just reiterate one more time If you don't have never had a clitoral orgasm or a vaginal orgasm, it is time to get down there and learn about it. Go to the sex shops. You could call Schizo Kitty. One of the ladies there could help guide you in which toy would be the best one as a beginner. They're educated. All the ladies here you call Shiloh, reach out to her. That's what we're here. We're here to help. It's free, it doesn't cost money to get educated. Okay, that's what we're here for. All, right, well, good, well, thanks, shiloh. Again, you can also reach out to Shiloh. She does coaching. She has coaching classes. So reach out for consulting if you want.

Speaker 1:

My goal is just to provide this information for you. So, anyways, well, thank you, shiloh for joining me on our first live over at Schizo Kitty. I can't wait to get the feedback. I have some things I already know I need to fix, but it's all good. That's what we are here to do is to learn, learn, learn. And that's what life is about, and that's what I want to remind everyone.

Speaker 1:

Life is about learning, changing and getting better, and so if you're not doing these things. Get out there and start at least doing one thing a day to better yourself. No one's going to change your life except for you. So if you want a better sex life, you got to start doing your own stuff. If you want a better job, got to start doing your own thing. So remember, we didn't start doing this just to start like that. Shiloh and I've been working I mean, we both have been helping each other, coaching, getting out there on the social media stuff so it's been a work in progress for us and nothing happens overnight Okay, nothing. So remember, it's a story and everything is a story and you have to start somewhere. Okay, green is green can be start somewhere, all right. Well, thanks Shiloh for joining me. What's next week? We have D, so what is next week?

Speaker 2:

Well, next week D? I mean it has to be for dildos, right?

Speaker 1:

Dildos I'm so excited.

Speaker 2:

And there's a difference between dildos and vibrators, so we're going to talk about them.

Speaker 1:

Oh good, yes, that's good. So we'll bring out some dildos and vibrators, so we're going to talk about them. Oh good, yes, that's good. So we'll bring out some dildos as well this year, next week from schizo kitty. All right, well, cool, shiloh, thank you so much for joining me and thank you everyone else for joining us. Live here today and we look forward to seeing you next week, tuesday at 11 am. Bye, shiloh, bye, see you everyone have a great day okay, bye.
