It's not the best lighting, but I think you're gonna be okay with it, because, I mean, can that view get any better? It's there's a thunderstorm going on right now, and I got boon to bed. Emma's hanging out with her cousins. I'm having a little snack. And I was like, You know what this could be, like the perfect opportunity. Now I'll turn this way so there's at least some better lighting. No one is needing me right now. I thought this would be a really perfect quick opportunity to talk about mini launches. I talked about it in my long training, but people are busy, and so I wanted just to give you like quick to the point, what are many launches? How can they benefit your business and make just everything feel so much easier fun and you actually make really, really good money. So I want to start with that in mind. If you are calling yourself a business owner, that is a huge responsibility, and equally, you get to make money. Like target doesn't open their doors every single day going, you know, I hope no one comes in our doors today. I hope we make no money today. No like most retail businesses have a daily sales quota, and it's not detrimental if they don't need it, but they are driven by sales. They have a huge marketing budget because they know the more that they market, the more they're going to make money. And it makes me so sad when online business owners don't prioritize marketing. They they, you know, just delay it and delay it and delay it, and then they're not making the money that they desire, and they're so frustrated by it and it like it's so it's so figure outable, like it's so figure outable, if you're willing to figure it out. And I'm just so excited to come to the online space talking about many launches, like little launches. When I say many, I mean, like, am I and I, I think I spelled that right. It's been a lot of travel, but like little lunches, like tiny, quick to the point down and dirty. We're not stressing, we're not overthinking, we're not worrying. You're you're opening your doors, you're marketing your business. You're getting so good at marketing your business, and you rent and repeat over and over and over. I want marketing to feel so easy, like brushing your teeth so easy, like taking a shower or a bath, right? Like things that basic things that we do every single day. I want it to feel like that, and it takes a little bit of time, but when you can keep doing it and rinsing and repeating it, you get freaking results, like people that use my methodology get results like someone just messaged me when we were heading here after one of our 25 minute calls, and she was just kind of feeling like, not the greatest around her, her sales, and trying to get clarity. And she was overthinking, and we just used that, like, 25 minute, like potent call to, like, dial in, get her energy up, get her excited. And she made two sales like that. And I'm just like, I love this. I love this so much. And like that is happening all the time in my world, and I get to talk about it more because I'm just so I'm so busy living my life, and I'm so busy, like helping other people, that I forget to talk about it. And I know that it's important to talk about, but I'm like, truly stepping into owning that. Like my shit works. When you work my methodology, it works. It's basic, it's simple. Anyone can do it. And so like, the most important thing I need you to hear is, if you're going to call yourself business owner, whether you use my methodology or not, you should be you should see your business being moving forward every single week. You should never unless you're choosing, but you should never be at a standstill in your business, meaning like no one's being added to your email list or your text list. You're not making sales like again, if you're choosing to take a hiatus, that is an intentional choice. But if you're like, No, I want to grow. I want to I want to make more money. If you're not seeing even a little bit of growth week after week, you need a different strategy. You need different energy around your your business and your marketing. And it's so so so simple, and it just like it fires me up, because I want people making more money, but at the end of the day, like I can be I could go on Facebook, live 20 times a day. I spend hours every single time I'm Oh, there was a lot of thunder talking about how you can do this, like believing in you, encouraging you, but I can't do it for you, nor do I really want to, because there's something so sweet about you, taking ownership that is so liberating, so empowering, and we decided to be our own entrepreneur, like our own business owner, our own CEO. That comes with a lot of responsibility, and that comes with you stepping up and owning that like, if it's to be it's up to you, like, you know, it is beautiful and amazing to enroll other people and ask for support, but there is this level of leadership that is needed as an online business owner, as a CEO, and it's just really, really important to focus on, like, what are you specifically going to do to move the needle forward in your business, week after week after week after week. And when it can be so specific, you can see the growth. So like that person that I had a call with, the person that I had a call with, she immediately saw two sales, which is huge. Her energy is now already shifted, and now she's moving on to the next thing. So in a way, even from her 25 minute call and having her two sales, that's that. That is a mini launch, right? So a mini launch, let's go ahead and, like, get into the nuts and bolts of it really quickly. A mini launch is you deciding, okay, what is your sales goal? Okay, what is your sales goal? What is your time? Length? A mini launch, technically, is less than a week. Any more than that. That's when overthinking comes in. That's when even delayed time for your buyer comes in, and like we, none of us need decision fatigue, right? We already have so much of that in our day to day life, aka, what's for dinner, right? So like, you don't need decision fatigue, and your buyer does not need decision fatigue, unless they are buying a home, they or like a car or something huge. They can make a decision if they want to join my mini mine. They can make a decision if they want to call with you. They can make a decision if they want to sign a three month, six month type of contract, if they want to, you know, come to your event. So like people actually don't need a lot of time to decide they just need their questions answered. So like, for example, my mini mind student that enrolled today. I've known her for a while. She's already a student of mine, and she just had a few questions. And it was so beautiful. She was like, It's not about the money for me, like, and I love that she was just like, that's not an objection of mine. And like, we worked through other things. And I told her, regardless if you join or not, like, I'm just happy to, like, work through this with you, because she was just having some some challenges. And like, she just wanted to sort it out in her head. And like, I'm first a supporter, regardless of like, if you join anything that I do like, I want to support you first. I want to be there for you first, and then move from there. Okay, so. And then she signed up like it was so beautiful, like she chose to sign up that can happen for you all day, every day, if you allow it, when you allow it, so again, like Target does not open their doors every single day saying, I hope we make no money today. No, they are like, we like, we have a sales quota. Let's go. Everyone. All hands on deck, right? And you can come to your business and open up your doors to your business, which is social media marketing, and really have good energy around your business via social media marketing, and be like, let's make some money. Like, let's go change a lot of lives, and let's make some money. And so money can start to become a measuring of how many lives you are changing, what is actually happening, what is actually working. And so the my most favorite part about mini launches, besides, like getting out of your head, because too many women are out like they're in their head. So, like the first benefit to many launching is you get out of your head, because there's no time to be in your head. I know it's getting, like, really dark over here, all you can see is my shirt. But like, yeah, there's no time to be in your head. So, like, that's benefit number one. Benefit number two is the timeline is so short, so you learn. So fast, like you could become such a good marketer, like an exceptional marketer, in under six months, because majority of that time, week after week, you would be launching and launching should not be exhausting, like if your sales software should be super easy, which is what we teach your marketing methods should be super simple that you could do them from a phone, whether you're doing them in the car pickup line, you're doing them from the bathroom, you're doing them from your desk, you're doing them while you're walking like I love how easy I've made my marketing, and that's what I teach you to do. It's just so simple. It's so easy and so effective, and so just really focusing on the simplicity and the speed. Simplicity and speed are key. And you learn so much, and you get so good, so fast, that wealth loves speed, and your confidence spikes so quickly, like, it's unbelievable. Like, your confidence just it's huge. It's so it's so fast, it's so unbelievable, it's so amazing. And true confidence, you can't fake. Like, True Confidence is so magnetizing to your audience, aka, like, your buyers, because they're looking for that. So when, like, people spend money with you, they want confidence in the area that you would be supporting them with. Let that sink in like, this is going to be turning into, like an audio because you can't, you won't be able to see me, but, but the audio is so good, so let's say you are a health and fitness coach, and you're so good at what you do, and like that, confidence is booming more and more and more every single day, and people can feel it. So when people spend money with you, they're they're wanting that exchange of confidence, because they most likely don't feel confident yet fully in that area. So when you feel so confident, you have this overflowing of confidence that will spill over naturally to people that are spending money with you, and that's when people get really good results, truly, whether it's health and fitness, finances, relationships, like mindset, whatever it may be, because everything is energy. So a mini launch is short, sweet, simple, scalable and just enjoyable, like the fact that, like a mini mind person student enrolled today when my family is on vacation and we were shopping, and I quickly sent her a voice note in a store because my husband went into a store that he wanted to go into. And I'm always again, this is how I work my business. I'm like, Okay, I've got a minute here. What can I do? I pull open my messenger. I really wish people maybe someday I'll have, like, a camera crew and they can just follow me around. Like, I really want you to see what I do, because, like, I've built such solid habits that just continue to reap rewards for me. And so I sent that voice note right, and she signed up without any like begging or chasing, like I was simply there to support her and answer some questions. And then she was all in. And I'm so excited for her. And so then later on today, I went back in and celebrated with her, because that's, like, really important to me to like, celebrate people's decisions. So this, like a mini launch, can work for any business, any business, whether you are a coach, a consultant, a service provider, a hairdresser, a even a real estate agent like, it would look a little bit differently, because obviously you're not like selling homes every single week, but I still have a strategy that would be absolutely beneficial to you, network marketing companies like there's always a way to shape and mold the framework to you, because the goal is that we're seeing the needle moving forward. Every single week it's getting so dark out here. I need a I need to up my like, light game here. But I just wanted to quickly explain, like, what a mini launch is and how it can benefit you, not just monetarily, but all the confidence, all the joy, all the impact, all the fun, it's exhilarating.
