It's no secret that if you are a busy mom, if you have ADHD, if you've got multiple kids, if you have multiple businesses, maybe a full time job and a side hustle, like it's a lot and you are fighting against time because there's only so much time, and more importantly, there's so much of your energy to go around. So if you are feeling really exhausted, but then you're so frustrated, because you're like, I know my potential. I want to do all the things I've got a secret for you, so that way you can get more done in less time and for it to feel better. And it's very simple and very effective. If you have hung around me for a while, you know that that is like a core value of mine, to just make it simple, effective and fun and fun. So thank you to Sharon for sponsoring today's episode. She is the proud owner of nine round fitness in Westerville, Ohio. I have been to this facility. It is open 24/7 which I think is amazing for busy moms and people that want to get and stay healthy. And it's a nine round kick boxing, like high circuit training workout. It is so cool and so fun and, like, quick, and I thought it would be so perfect for her to sponsor today's episode. And this topic, because you come into nine rounds, you put, you know, you put your shoes on that you need to put on, you start the workout, and you like, literally move through the nine circuits, and then you're done. And it goes so fast that you don't even have time to really, like, get in your own head about a workout. And I think that that's so powerful for busy people, because we want, we want the workout, right? Like, we want the dopamine of, like, feeling amazing and healthy and strong. But it can be exhausting to try to get in the flow and then the decision fatigue of what to do. And so my tip for you, even outside of working out for today's episode, is creating something very, very similar for other aspects of your life, just like nine round has mastered, and nine round is a franchise business that is doing so well, and you can take their framework and literally duplicate it, to cleaning, to sales, to content creation, to packing for a vacation, your finances, so doing sprints that you put a timer on, putting your earbuds in and literally thinking it's like the WWE and you have a certain amount of time right for the match is critical, and there's a focus during that time frame. It can be 15 minutes, it can be 20 minutes, it can be 30 minutes. I'm literally on a virtual call with some of our clients right now, and there's literally a timer going and they're everyone in the chat during this whole session, because we do 25 minute sprints, has been like, oh my gosh, I'm getting so much done, and I feel the same way. I've gotten so much done, even with two kids at home in the summer that, like, I need to, like, stop and start. Like, distractions are gonna happen, for sure. And that's why I love this type of method, because you can still get a lot done in 25 minutes, even if you get interrupted, even if you get distracted. So I personally think, like, 15 to 25 minutes is the sweet spot. Anything longer than that? You know it's, it's Parkinson's Law. It's going to take us that long to do it. So I love it a more condensed time. You can also make this really fun with putting post it notes out and putting like a peanut M, M or a gummy worm. And like the post it note has what you're supposed to do? You set the timer, you go, then you get to, like, crumple up the post note, eat the gummy worm, eat the peanut M, M, whatever it may be and like that may sound silly to some people, but like, you gotta find what works right. And the most important thing that I have found is the energy that you put around any task, whether you want to do the task or not want to do the task. But when you have good energy around any and all task which you do have control over, when you put good energy around it, you are so excited to do it right, it feels better, and it's a way to trick your brain, and that energy creates endorphins and dopamine, and so we only have so much energy in a day, just as much as we only have so much time. But you'll find that when you put good energy and. You have a short time frame to do something, you'll actually get more done in the week, even if that's the only thing that you change, right? I do also believe that there's, there's so much importance around like getting organized, staying organized, delegating, delaying certain things, like set yourself up for success by not trying to do all the things all alone. Like, I do think that that's important, but then, like, your day to day actions and your energy around tasks make a huge, huge, huge, huge difference, and you have so much control over that. Every time I walk and do tasks, I have so much energy, it's insane. Like, I've been on a 10,000 step day challenge this month. And like, the amount of energy that's that, that that one little shift has created is monumental. Doing coworking sessions, like we're doing right now, I've not done them in a while. Like, I haven't led them in a while. And now doing this one, I'm like, I want more of these. Like, our mini mind that is about to launch. They get one every single week, and it's just so nice. Like, especially for introverts, like you crave other people's attention and like energy. Come here, honey, come here. It's okay. Come here. Pause, um, you crave other people's, you know, time and energy and you want to be around them, but it's not always easy for introverts. It's not always easy for busy moms. Case in point, right? So stuff like this can just keep you connected, keep you energized, and keep you moving forward towards all your goals, all your dreams, and allowing it to feel so good. If you take one thing away from today's episode, I just want things to feel better for you, because when they feel better for you, you keep doing them, and when you keep doing them, you eventually get to your happiest, healthiest, wealthiest life, like it feeling good. A part of the like along the way is life changing within itself, and you enjoy it, and it just creates all this good energy that just attracts so much more coming your way. All right, I love you so much. Let me know what your first sprint is going to be, and also, what questions do you have? All right, you.
