It is no secret that we live in a world of constant stress. From work deadlines to relationship drama, there is always something that can cause us to feel overwhelmed. And while a little bit of stress can be good for us, too much can have some serious negative effects on our life.
If left unresolved, accumulated stress can lead to anxiety, depression, and even physical health problems. That's why it's so important to find ways to manage our stress levels and work out any unresolved stress that we may have.
In this episode, Ann sits with True Body Intelligence Founder, Christopher Lee Maher. Christopher faced a lot of stress as a child and throughout his service as a Navy SEAL. Today, his mission is to help others find peace and freedom by beating stress from its root.
