Hello My Beautiful Being, I wanted to let you know a name change for the podcast! It is now Selfcare with Li! The podcast dedicated to personal growth, living intentionally, and walking in your purpose. Li strongly encourages everyone to write their vision on paper. Using our words is the only way to create the days, weeks, years, and life we want. The seven pillars of selfcare has really helped me with my journey in falling back in love with myself. Though the battle was and is still challenging, I want everyone to fall back in love with themselves, and reach your highest potential. I want to encourage self-improvement and personal development as we journey through this life. Life is amazing when we do it on purpose and care. It's not enough to simply talk about what we want. HOW TO MEDITATE: ADDING MEDITATION TO YOUR SELFCARE ROUTINE
Good Morning Listeners,
Happy SELFCARE WEDNESDAY! In this episode, I encourage you to add meditation to your selfcare routine, I speak on the importance of meditating before and after your day of work, or any challenging things that you have going on within your day-to-day responsibilities, to find balance and to tap in with yourself. I speak on how meditation helps me to rejuvenate and become centered. I believe meditation is a super power, the more you use it, the great er you become. I believe that meditation changed my life and transformed me into the woman I am today. As you know I begin each episode with meditation and I believe its important for my listeners to also add a daily meditation practice.
If you are currently building a selfcare routine, it is important that you have a meditation practice. I believe it allows you to control your breathing through the times your overstimulated and your mind is wandering with negative and intrusive thoughts, it allows time for you to really tap in and breathe through your challenges and dificulties. I want to remind you to allow yourself to be free during this time and really feel the state that your body goes through when you're practicing deep breathing exercises. Along with breathwork, words of affirmation play a huge role in my meditation practice, as you can tell, I believe in speaking positivity in your day as you're getting ready to conquer the day.
These two tips will allow you to practice meditation, build your own routine and really set the tone for the day. The Mind, Body, and Spirit are all important, meditation allows time to strengthen each and become more powerful before you began your practice and after to take on your day! You are a powerful being and you must be intentional with your plans, and your meditation practice.
